Day in the life of Yoga Teacher Training at FLSM

As we quickly approach the early bird deadline for the upcoming FLSM Mindful Journey Yoga Teacher Training we are getting super excited about all the amazing things this training will offer. Part of the fun of this for us is developing a curriculum that embodies the FLSM spirit of bringing ones’ best self to the learning experience. Often, people are intimidated by what a YTT program would be like. We thought it would be fun to give you a little insider information. Here’s a sneak peek of what you would spend your time doing if you choose to make this commitment to yourself in 2018.  Join us!

Weekend Two – Set Your Compass

8:00-8:30 am ~ Sound Meditation                                                   

8:30-10am ~ Heart Opening Yoga Class

10-10:15 am ~ break and snack

10:15am-12:00 pm ~ History and Philosophy ~ The Inner Journey (Intention and Homework Check In)

12-1pm ~ Lunch

1-2pm ~ Ego Activity

2-3 pm~ Core Strength

3-3:15 ~ break

3:15-4:15 pm ~ Chakras on the Mat

4:15-5pm ~ Guided Meditation

5-6pm ~ Dinner and Gita

6-7:30 pm ~ The Radiant Abodes

7:30-8pm ~ I Am Meditation
